coconut cloud smoothie.

note: this recipe is my recreation of erewhon x marianna hewitt coconut cloud smoothie.

ingredients

  • 1 - 1.5 cups almond milk (malk, unsweetened)

  • 1-2 tbsps coconut cream (let’s do…organic or trader joe’s)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 banana, ripe & frozen

  • 5-6 pineapple chunks

  • 2 tsps almond butter (artisana organics or trader joe’s creamy)

  • 2-4 tsps blue majik/blue spirulina, divided (e3live: 1-2 on-the-go single sticks)

  • vanilla collagen (vital proteins)

  • optional - vanilla stevia (sweetleaf)

steps

  1. in a blender, add banana, avocado, pineapple, almond butter, vanilla collagen, some blue majik, vanilla stevia (optional) and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. place a layer of coconut cream on the bottom of a cup, then add some blue majik directly on top of the coconut cream & a smidge on the side of cup

  3. pour in the blue smoothie and top with some coconut cream

  4. enjoy!

notes

  • if your bananas are very ripe and sweet, skip the vanilla stevia

  • slice banana into smaller chunks and place in a re-sealable storage bag. separate the chunks and freeze overnight

  • you can use coconut cream directly out of the can (chilled), but can also make coconut whipped cream!

  • adjust the amount of milk depending on your liking - i use just enough to cover all of my ingredients (except milk) when added into the blender

  • you absolutely do not need to use the exact brands of products that I used. this is just for reference
